A professional, experienced Trainer and HR Officer with over 20 years experience in developing staff and training procedures & practices. Janet has worked within the manufacturing, catering and retail sectors. She has kept up to date with her knowledge on changes in legislation on Food Safety, HACCP and Health & Safety by attending CIEH seminars and belongs to the Welsh Trainer Forum. She continues to research and attend courses.
